Once upon a time, there was a girl named Emily who had just started college. She was a bright and ambitious young woman, but she had never been in love before. That is, until she met Daniel. Daniel was charming, confident, and had a smile that could light up a room. Emily was smitten from the moment she laid eyes on him. They started dating and it wasn't long before they were inseparable. But as time went on, Emily began to notice some things about Daniel that bothered her. He was often late for their dates, and sometimes he would cancel at the last minute. He also seemed to have a wandering eye, checking out other girls even when Emily was right there beside him. Emily started to feel like she was second best, like Daniel wasn't really that into her. But whenever she tried to talk to him about it, he would charm her with his smile and she would forget all about her doubts. Things came to a head one night when Emily went to surprise Daniel at his apartment. She walked in to fin
Breakthrough your fear:
When I was a teenager, I was scared of public speaking; when the teacher asks me to participate in public speaking, I can't sleep the whole week because I was frightened and had no confidence.
I was nervous because I've never done it before. By standing in front of a lot of people got me panicking. I'm scared of what others will commenting on me.
There are times when we have to deal with our fear. It took sacrifices etc., your shyness.
Once my old friend said, "If you never try, you never know."
One day, we have to overcome that fear because it's become the barrier between us and the goals we want to achieve.
The fear can come in any way, such as making a choice, in a school presentation, live talking, and in anything you do. So, how can we break through that fear?
Breakthrough your fear:
1) It's a normal thing
Remember that fear of something is a regular thing. Everyone experiences the same thing. Whenever you felt insecure or low self-esteem, keep in mind that everybody had to go through the same phase. It only depends on how you respond to it. Yes, we get scared but don't let that scared thing wipe out your happiness. Learn to grow through your fear.
2) You should go beyond your comfort zone
Most people wanted to stay in their comfort zone, where they are familiar with, easy to go through with. If you remain in a comfort zone and won't try out or face your fear, you won't prepare for what is worst in front of you. If you want to break through your fear, feel comfortable doing the uncomfortable things.
3) Just do it
Did you know that most successful people didn't just plan on their work, but they go for it? If you want to do something more significant (your dream or etc.), feel the fear and learn to go through it. In whatever circumstances, fear will always there. That's the barrier that you need to overcome. No one could push it for you unless yourself.
