Once upon a time, there was a girl named Emily who had just started college. She was a bright and ambitious young woman, but she had never been in love before. That is, until she met Daniel. Daniel was charming, confident, and had a smile that could light up a room. Emily was smitten from the moment she laid eyes on him. They started dating and it wasn't long before they were inseparable. But as time went on, Emily began to notice some things about Daniel that bothered her. He was often late for their dates, and sometimes he would cancel at the last minute. He also seemed to have a wandering eye, checking out other girls even when Emily was right there beside him. Emily started to feel like she was second best, like Daniel wasn't really that into her. But whenever she tried to talk to him about it, he would charm her with his smile and she would forget all about her doubts. Things came to a head one night when Emily went to surprise Daniel at his apartment. She walked in to fin
One year can seem so short. The time with family and friend were count as a blessing. The ups and downs through life were counts as a lesson. If I were ever told to open the page book since day 1 of 2019, I would probably laugh and cry because many things had happened, and I am genuinely blessed to be a part of it.
Although we know that a lot of things had happened through the year 2019. Not just by ourselves, but also with our circle, family, friends, and the world that changed little by little. We can't deny how much we wanted to be our year as good as planned. But somehow, we just had to go with it, whether it is a beautiful moment nor a disappointing moment.
And now, before we end the year 2019, we need to learn some lessons throughout the year.
LESSON TO LEARN
1) Being grateful
The year 2019 could be the best year for you, but it can also be the worst year. I am so grateful for whatever memories I go through for the whole year. Adding a year of my age but still happy living within it. We made it this far, and it's an honour to be part of it. The greatest lesson we can take for 2019 is we are still breathing, and that's the most important of all.
2) Being understandable
Being a positive person in a bad situation is not an easy task. Because we don't want to lose the anger and being mad all the time and suddenly turn the situation into a mess. Throughout the year, we learned each day by looking at someone situation and from that, we know to understand if everyone had a different way of living. We often see on the one side but forgot the other side's story. Therefore, the lesson we learn from that is we need to understand a situation and never made a quick judgement.
3) Love the enemy
To break your ego is by saying sorry and hug the person you hated the most. It does not make sense, isn't it? But, the more you show love, the more it seems to be a winner. Break the ego by saying sorry even you don't deserve to. Love everybody!
Thank you, 2019.
